The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Job Description:

  1. Taking part in HR functions: reporting, analysis, compensation & benefits, termination processes, employee relations management
  2. Supporting all activities in the HR lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, offboarding)
  3. Preparing regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  4. Organizing the onboarding and orientation process for new employees
  5. Contributing to internal communication activities and projects aimed at increasing employee engagement

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of relevant university departments (preferred)
  2. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  5. Experience with payroll software
  6. Strong communication skills and presentable appearance
