CHS Technician

The Cosmetic Hair Service Executive is responsible for providing non-surgical cosmetic hair treatments and services, ensuring high-quality results, hygiene standards, and excellent client satisfaction. The role involves assisting doctors, performing hair procedures, and educating clients on post-care.

Key ResponsibilitiesCosmetic Hair Services

• Perform cosmetic hair services such as:
• Hair Patch fixing & maintenance
• Hair Wig fitting, lining, and bonding
• Hair Replacement System (HRS) services
• Hair styling, trimming, and finishing
• Assist in PRP, GFC, and other hair treatments under supervision.
• Carry out head mapping and scalp analysis.
• Ensure natural look, alignment, and comfort for clients.

Client Handling & Care

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable cosmetic hair solutions.
• Explain procedures, maintenance, and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all clients.
• Handle repeat clients and ensure retention.

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization protocols.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and workstations are clean and organized.
• Follow clinic SOPs and safety guidelines.

Inventory & Documentation

• Maintain records of services provided.
• Monitor usage of hair systems, adhesives, consumables, and tools.
• Report inventory requirements to the clinic manager.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front office staff.
• Support clinic operations during peak hours.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of cosmetic hair systems and services
• Experience in hair patch, wig fixing, and styling
• Good hand skills and attention to detail
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to explain procedures clearly
• Time management and teamwork

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI / Diploma / Certification in Hair Styling, Cosmetology, or Barbering preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in cosmetic hair services, salon, or aesthetic clinic.
• Experience in head mapping, hair lining, and cutting is an advantage.

Preferred Background

• Salonist / Barber experience
• Experience in aesthetic or hair restoration clinics
• Knowledge of modern hair replacement systems

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
