Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Church Photographer to capture the vibrant spirit and meaningful moments of our community. Duties

• Capture high-quality photographs during church services, events, outreach programs, and community activities using professional photography equipment.
• Edit and enhance images with industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One to ensure vibrant color accuracy and compelling visuals.
• Manage photo archives systematically for easy retrieval and future use in church publications, social media, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with church leadership and event organizers to understand the visual needs for various occasions and projects.
• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms to promote upcoming events, share inspirational stories, and grow community engagement.
• Film video segments or live streams of services or special events using videography tools like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro to reach a broader audience online.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with art direction principles to produce captivating imagery that resonates with viewers and reflects the church’s mission.

Experience

• Proven experience in professional photography, videography, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing event coverage and artistic editing skills.
• Familiarity with photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and post-production techniques including photo manipulation and color management.
• Experience filming and editing videos using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro for live streaming or promotional content.
• Knowledge of color theory and art direction principles to craft visually appealing images that communicate emotion effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of social media management strategies for content sharing across various platforms.
