Job Summary

ScaleUp Connect is hiring on behalf of its client for a C&I Sales Specialist to support the expansion of commercial and industrial solar solutions in North Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This role focuses on identifying potential industrial clients, generating leads in key commercial sectors, strengthening partnerships with EPC companies, and promoting solar and energy storage solutions including hybrid inverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

The ideal candidate will have early-career experience in the solar industry and the ability to build relationships with EPC partners and industrial customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify commercial and industrial clients interested in solar and energy storage solutions.
• Generate leads from industrial zones, factories, hospitals, shopping malls, and warehouses.
• Conduct site visits and preliminary energy assessments to understand client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with solar EPC companies and system integrators.
• Support EPC partners with product information, system configuration guidance, and pricing support.
• Promote solutions including hybrid inverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Provide feedback on market demand, competitor activities, and product trends.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and support negotiations and deal closures.
• Travel frequently to industrial zones and EPC partner offices across the region.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in the solar industry (preferably in C&I or EPC-related roles).
• Experience or technical exposure to:
• Hybrid inverters
• Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Experience working with industrial clients, EPC companies, or system integrators.
• Strong technical sales presentation, relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Mardan, and Abbottabad.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
