- Location Budget Responsibility
- Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined in the location budget.
- Exercise strict control over costs—particularly manpower and electricity—to stay within budget targets.
- Cinema Occupancy Improvement
- Drive occupancy growth through strategic programming, including regional and alternative content.
- Customer Service & Cinema Upkeep
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Achieve strong scores in Mystery Audits.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of cinema premises at all times.
- Operational Compliance (SOP Adherence)
- Ensure all operations are aligned with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a high Internal Audit score through consistent compliance.
- Licensing & Liaison
- Manage all statutory licenses and renewals on time.
- Liaise effectively with government authorities and cinema developers.
- Business Development Support
- Identify and support local-level marketing, events, and partnership initiatives to drive business.
- Maximizing Local Advertisement Revenue
- Take ownership of local ad sales and explore all potential revenue opportunities.
- Team Management & Development
- Lead the team through structured training, grooming, and performance development.
- Ensure team alignment on service standards, operational discipline, and cinema upkeep.
