Facility Manager- Vaderahalli

Urgently hiring a Facility Manager for a reputed Facility Management Company.

Need an Facility manager who can play a key part of a management team and oversees.

Candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in Facility Management managing school or institutional facilities, strong knowledge of in house operations, including house keeping, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance Ability to coordinate with vendors,ensure safety standards and maintain hygiene and infrastructure, Good communication skills and leadership skills.

Age Group 35+ years only.

Qualification required is BE/B.Tech EEE or any other graduates with Computer Skills, Soft service knowledge.

Good communication skills in English and Basic Software Knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel). checklist , MMR report , MIS report Preparation.

Must have the Technical Knowledge of STP, WTP, DG, Swimming pool maintenance.

Must have experience of school or colleges

Must be staying near Vaderahalli

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
