Job Summary:
Cinema Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of Banan Gifts Store, ensuring efficient store performance, accurate inventory monitoring, stock in/out control and ordering, effective sales management, and delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience while maintaining the highest standards of organization, product presentation, and cleanliness within the store.
Responsibilities
:

Supervise all incoming and outgoing inventory operations.

Monitor stock levels regularly and forecast future inventory needs.

Prepare and submit purchase requests in a timely manner to avoid stock shortages.

Ensure accurate recording of products and inventory movements in the approved systems.

Conduct periodic and surprise inventory counts and resolves any stock discrepancies.

Follow up with suppliers and monitor delivery schedules to ensure product availability.

Oversee all daily sales operations and ensure smooth and accurate execution.

Recommend and assist in selecting a suitable Point of Sale (POS) system for the store & to manage it on a daily basis.

Coordinate the setup, operation, and management of the POS system and integrate it with store operations.

Monitor all cash and electronic payment transactions to ensure accuracy and security.

Supervise POS terminals, card payment devices, cash counting machines, and related operational equipment.

Prepare daily and weekly sales and collection reports.

Ensure professional and outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Organize and display products in an attractive and professional manner.

Ensure pricing labels, product tags, and promotional materials are properly displayed.

Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with customer service policies and procedures.

Supervise the daily cleanliness and organization of the store and maintain the overall appearance.

Monitor the condition of facilities and equipment and report any maintenance requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures within the store.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Propose improvement ideas to enhance performance, increase sales, and improve service quality.

Reporting any issue or request to the top management & follow up on finalizing them.
Qualifications
:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations or store supervision, preferably in gifts, accessories, or lifestyle retail stores.

Experience with POS systems and retail operational tools. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
