Cinematographer cum Editor

About the Role

Rayna Tours is looking for a talented Cinematographer cum Editor who can capture cinematic visuals and produce high-quality content showcasing our travel, adventure, and luxury experiences across Dubai and beyond. The ideal candidate should be both creative and technically strong, with hands-on experience in filming, lighting, and editing — and must own professional camera equipment capable of delivering cinematic output.

Key Responsibilities

Filming & Production

• Capture cinematic visuals of Rayna Tours’ products and experiences, including desert safaris, yacht cruises, city tours, and adventure activities.
• Plan, shoot, and direct visually appealing video content that reflects Rayna’s premium brand tone.
• Operate personal camera gear along with gimbals, drones, and lighting equipment to achieve professional-quality visuals.
• Work closely with the social media and influencer teams to execute campaigns and creative storylines.
• Ensure all footage is well-framed, stable, and color-accurate for post-production.

Post-Production

• Edit videos for multiple formats — Reels, YouTube, ads, and brand films — with cinematic storytelling and seamless transitions.
• Handle color grading, sound design, and visual pacing to enhance emotional impact.
• Adapt edits for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Organize raw files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.

Creative Collaboration

• Work directly with influencers, talents, and brand partners during shoots.
• Contribute creative direction, shot ideas, and unique visual treatments.
• Keep up with social media trends, cinematic editing styles, and emerging formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cinematographer / Video Editor, preferably in travel, tourism, or lifestyle content.
• Must own professional camera equipment (minimum mirrorless or cinema-grade setup).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and camera movement.
• Creative storytelling ability with attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing cinematic travel or lifestyle videos.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with hospitality brands, travel influencers, or tourism campaigns.
• Skilled in drone operation and aerial cinematography.
• Basic photography knowledge for still content.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
