Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and hands-on experience in creating high-quality marketing materials and engaging video content tailored for the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design a wide range of marketing materials including:

o Brochures, flyers, and banners

o Social media posts and digital advertisements

 Edit video content such as:

o Property walkthroughs, promotional videos, and reels for social platforms

 Develop visually compelling motion graphics and animations

 Collaborate with the marketing team to produce branding materials aligned with company objectives

 Maintain consistency across all design and video content following brand guidelines

 Manage and prioritize multiple design and video projects to meet deadlines

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field

 Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor (real estate experience preferred)

 Strong command of design and editing tools, including:

o Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro

 Solid creative portfolio showcasing design and video editing capabilities

 Excellent visual storytelling and conceptualization skills

 Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
