We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cisco ACI Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our Cisco ACI environment, including APIC controllers, Spine, and Leaf switches. This role requires deep expertise in ACI fabric architecture, external routing, and automation using Ansible.
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco ACI fabric including APIC, Spine, and Leaf components.
- Configure ACI constructs such as Tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs, Contracts, and Interface Policies.
- Manage L3Out configurations and transited routing for external connectivity.
- Perform ACI upgrades, backup and restore operations, and manage the Inter-Pod Network (IPN).
- Automate network configurations and tasks using Ansible.
- Support network migrations and service transitions in lab and production environments.
- Ensure network security, availability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients and vendors on proof-of-concept initiatives and integration projects.
- Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
- Proven experience with Cisco ACI architecture and APIC management.
- Strong understanding of Spine-Leaf topology and ACI fabric components.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs
- vPC, Port-Channels, Interface Policies
- Contracts and L3Out configurations
- Experience with ACI upgrades, backup/restore procedures, and IPN management.
- Proficiency in network automation using Ansible .
- Solid understanding of routing protocols and external connectivity.
- Familiarity with network security best practices and compliance standards.
- Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP Data Center, CCIE Data Center) are a plus.
- Experience with multi-site ACI or ACI Anywhere is desirable.
- Familiarity with other automation tools (e.g., Python, Terraform) is a bonus.
