Role Overview As a CKA Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding Keeta’s merchant network and driving sustainable growth. You’ll identify and secure partnerships with catering merchants, support them in going online, and help optimize their operations through training and strategic guidance. This role requires strong negotiation, market development skills, and a customer-first mindset.


Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key Food & Beverage accounts.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and growth strategies to provide tailored solutions.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, preparing regular business reviews with clients.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Forecast account metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports.

Market Insights & Strategy

  • Stay up to date with Food & Beverage industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management on potential market opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic account plans and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Key Account Manager, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B market dynamics, consumer behavior, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
