Civil Construction Foreman

• Supervise and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers on site.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Plan and schedule daily construction activities, allocating manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, conducting inspections and reporting issues to project managers.
• Maintain records of labor, materials, equipment usage, and site activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and management for problem-solving and project updates.
• Train and mentor construction workers, improving skills and productivity.
• Resolve conflicts, troubleshoot delays, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
• Ensure environmental and site cleanliness standards are maintained.
