Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all on‑site construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain smooth workflow.
- Review and implement project plans, drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and HSE regulations.
- Conduct daily site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure work progress aligns with project timelines.
- Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and work updates for management.
- Manage site logistics, resource allocation, and cost‑control measures.
- Support project handover activities, snagging, and final inspections.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in civil construction.
- Strong experience in building construction of High Rise building.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority requirements, and site practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project coordination tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
