The Role
Civil Consultant (Managing Agent) - Riyadh, KSA We are currently seeking a Civil Consultant (Managing Agent) based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which is for one of the top tier Facility Management companies. The ideal candidate must be willing and ready to travel or relocate in Jeddah, Madinah or Tabuk based on the project location. The Civil Consultant is to provide technical guidance to clients and FM service providers for civil and structural engineering matters aligned with industry best practices and standards such as SFG20, SBC, ASTM, BS, and ISO standards. Responsible for providing expert technical and managerial support in all civil and structural aspects of facilities management.

Requirements

• Must have an experience as a managing agent for at least 5 years in related role. • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. • Preferably holds relevant certifications such as CFM, FMP, PMP, or equivalent. In return, our client offers a very competitive salary package and benefits.
