Civil Contract Manager

Job Title: Civil- Solutions Design Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary: The Civil Solutions Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing cost-effective solutions for civil engineering projects. This role includes material rate analysis, vendor identification, costing, tendering processes, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices along with excellent analytical and negotiation skills. He should have good experience of Civil construction especially warehouses or factories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct material rate analysis to ensure competitive pricing and optimal resource allocation.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors for materials and services, ensuring their capabilities meet project requirements.
• Develop and maintain accurate costing estimates for civil engineering projects.
• Prepare and manage tender documents, ensuring compliance with standards and client specifications.
• Oversee contract management processes, including negotiations, execution, and compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scopes and requirements, providing technical and financial input as needed.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing regular reports and recommendations for cost control.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.
• Provide support in resolving technical issues and disputes during Tendering, & Procurement process.
• Prepare detailed project reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies and project proposals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout all phases of the procurement process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• years of experience in civil engineering design and project management, with a focus on cost analysis and procurement.
• Proficient in material rate analysis, tendering, and contract management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, cost estimation software).
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (e.g., LEED, PMP) is a plus.
• Experience with sustainability practices in civil engineering is an advantage.
• Experience in project management software and tools.
• Experience in warehouse construction a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹319,111.37 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
