Civil Draftsman

We are hiring a Civil Draftsman to support our engineering team with accurate and timely drawings for construction and design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong AutoCAD skills, a solid understanding of architectural and structural coordination, and familiarity with local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural and structural shop drawings
• Coordinate drawings across disciplines (structural, architectural, MEP)
• Create installation details, as-built drawings, and quantity take-offs
• Maintain drawing logs and review subcontractor submissions
• Ensure compliance with DM, Trakhees, DCD, and other local authorities
• Communicate effectively and raise RFIs when needed

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of drafting experience with contractors or consultants
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
