Looking for Civil Building Line Construction Draftsman

Responsibilities.

- Creating Technical Drawings*: Prepare detailed drawings of building layouts, elevations, and sections using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

- Design Development*: Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine building drawings.

- Documentation*: Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

Compliance*: Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.

Skills Required- Proficiency in Auto CAD / MS Office/word/Excel.

Typical Tasks- Create floor plans, elevations, and sections

- Develop detailed drawings of building components (e.g., doors, windows, stairs)

- Prepare site plans and layout drawings

- Review and revise drawings based on feedback

Minimum 3 - 5 years of UAE experience as a site Civil Draughtsman

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Should be available in UAE and ready for Immediate joining.

Pay: AED4000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month depends on experience
