Civil Draughtsman

We are looking for civil infra & undersground utilities draftsamn for our project located in RAK

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design Infrastructure drawings with AutoCAD developing Structural & architectural details for underground utilities and infra work.
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations in AutoCAD and Lumion to enhance communication between design and execution teams.
• Create 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software
• Develop layout and detail drawings for infrastructure & underground utilities
• Create plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings
• Incorporate survey data, topographic maps, and geospatial information into base drawings
• Must have hands-on experience with SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and 3ds Max, improving visualization and presentation quality.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, surveyors, and other disciplines.
• Make sure all drawings follow project standards and local regulations.
• Prepare WIR to inspect completed works at site.
• Prepare RFI with details from site.
• Prepare detailed drawings for monthly payments
• Develop as-built drawings as per site condition.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
