Civil Draughtsman

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate civil engineering drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings in coordination with engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare civil engineering drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, and infrastructure drawings.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Review and revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and relevant standards.
• Maintain drawing records and document control procedures.
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
