Experience Required: 2–5 years (preferred in pole or precast concrete industry)
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering/Polytechnic in Civil Eng.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production of PCC poles, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
• Oversee the design and layout of molds, casting beds, curing processes, and yard planning.
• Monitor and control raw material usage (cement, aggregates, steel, etc.) to ensure optimal mix design and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control tests (slump test, cube test, etc.) to ensure structural integrity.
• Coordinate with the plant manager, quality team, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
• Prepare daily production reports, stock reports, and quality documentation.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of equipment and molds.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Handle civil work related to factory premises — foundation work, drainage, and plant layout development if needed.

Salary: As per industry norms / Negotiable based on experience
