Civil Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with a minimum of one year of UAE experience. The ideal candidate must be approved by Dubai Municipality and Trakhees and will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting site visits and inspections.
• Preparing cost estimates for interior and fit-out projects.
• Reviewing, handling, and coordinating technical drawings and applications.
• Preparing, submitting, and following up on applications with various departments within Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year UAE experience.
• Dubai Municipality and Trakhees approval.
• Strong knowledge of interior and fit-out works.
• Ability to manage technical documentation and authority approvals effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• DM and Trakhees approval ? (Required)
