Job summary

Seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team in the industrial, road, highways, and railway sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring project quality and adherence to timelines while collaborating effectively with teams across various city projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with engineering plans and safety standards, and address any arising issues promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control standards to ensure that all construction activities meet or surpass industry regulations and client expectations.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to align project objectives and timelines, ensuring seamless communication and efficiency.
• Material Management: Manage the procurement and allocation of required materials, ensuring availability and quality to support ongoing construction processes.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including project reports, plans, and schedules, to support project progression and compliance.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in the civil engineering field, specifically within the industrial, road, highways, and railway sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant engineering discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced engineering software relevant to civil engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
