Civil engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team at the developer’s office. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing civil engineering aspects of our real estate and construction projects. This role involves close coordination with architects, contractors, vendors, and the site team to ensure projects are executed as per design, quality, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and interpret civil engineering drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress of construction activities.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, adherence to design, and compliance with safety standards.
• Estimate quantities, prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and assist in cost control.
• Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and provide technical support to the billing team.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, approvals, and building codes.
• Assist in resolving design and construction-related issues during execution.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records for management review.
• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma).
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate / developer’s office / construction industry.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
• Strong technical knowledge in civil works, RCC, finishing works, and infrastructure development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Work Environment:

• Based at the developer’s corporate/project office with regular visits to project sites.
• Coordination with internal teams, contractors, and external consultants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
