Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning – Prepare project designs, drawings, and cost estimates.
• Project Management – Oversee construction activities, budgets, and schedules.
• Site Supervision – Monitor work quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Coordination – Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Reporting & Compliance – Maintain documentation and ensure legal/regulatory adherence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with UAE construction laws and practices is a plus.
