About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer/Architect with 2–3 years of

professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of design

software, working drawings, and planning. This role requires both technical precision and

creative problem-solving in delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and review working drawings, structure drawings, and layout plans.

● Develop and modify 2D/3D designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

● Collaborate with the project team to ensure design feasibility and compliance with

standards.

● Support in project planning, site coordination, and execution.

● Prepare presentation drawings and design concepts.

● Assist in preparing BOQs and other project-related documentation.

● Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

● 2–3 years of relevant work experience.

● Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

● Knowledge of rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, or similar) will be an added

advantage.

● Strong understanding of working drawings, structure drawings, and layout

planning.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
