Civil Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer (Landscape) who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of landscaping projects across various developments, ensuring quality, sustainability, and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all civil and infrastructure aspects of landscape projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, urban planners, and contractors to deliver high-quality, sustainable designs.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and health & safety standards.
• Supervise on-site construction and coordinate with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to resolve design or site issues.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise effectively with Arabic-speaking clients, consultants, and authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil/landscape engineering, preferably in the GCC or Middle East.
• Proven track record in infrastructure and landscape projects (parks, urban spaces, public realm).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, and other engineering software.
• Strong understanding of irrigation systems, grading, drainage, and paving works.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Valid UAE (or relevant country) driving license is an advantage.
