Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to oversee and manage open plot development projects, including layout formation and utility infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in land development, project execution, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor open plot layout development activities such as roads, drainage, water lines, streetlights, and compound walls.
• Prepare and review BOQ, estimates, and project schedules.
• Supervise site work, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Coordinate with survey teams, architects, and local authorities for approvals and layout marking.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Handle material management, vendor coordination, and billing verification.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
