Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee site activities, ensure quality control, manage resources, and deliver projects within set timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
• Prepare and review project drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control procedures are followed.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Manage procurement of materials and verify their quality.
• Handle structural and finishing works for residential and commercial buildings.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Sc. Civil).
• 2–5 years of relevant construction experience (building, mall, or housing projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of structural drawings, quantity estimation, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
