Core Duties

  • Prepare letters and respond to technical reports as required
  • Review design documents and project plans to ensure compliance with engineering standards
  • Coordinate with external authorities such as MOPW, Dubai Municipality, developers, and project owners
  • Prepare technical reports and statistical records from inspection campaigns for the maintenance department
  • Monitor project schedules and programs, preparing progress reports for committees
  • Participate in internal and external committees to support project planning and decision-making
  • Collaborate with different sections and stakeholders during project design stages

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, design standards, and project coordination practices
  • Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage deadlines and ensure project milestones are achieved
