• Experience:

  4-5 years in civil engineering.

• Skills:

• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software like AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and BMP.
• Budget and timeline management.
• Knowledge of construction practices and standards.

Scope of the Role

• Ability to think methodically, design, plan, and manage civil projects.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other data for project planning.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Strong project management and supervision skills.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Oversee construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project sites.
• Manage, design, develop, and sustain large-scale construction projects.
• Budget management and procurement of required materials.
• Strong negotiation, supervisory, and leadership skills.
• Ensure quality control, health, and safety compliance at project sites.
• Provide technical support to other site team members.

Work Experience

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with user departments, contractors, architects, vendors, and labor teams to deliver world-class factory setups.
• Monitor and oversee assigned civil projects.
• Plan and schedule activities to complete projects within time and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with material specifications, workmanship, and finishing standards.
• Adhere to work permit systems, statutory requirements, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate utility services such as plumbing, gardening, carpentry, masonry, painting, and upkeep.

Key Deliverables

• Finalization and execution of civil construction projects.
• Coordination of interior layouts, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and furniture installation.
• Strong knowledge in building estimation and bar bending schedules.
• Completion of projects within cost and time constraints.
• Timely execution of civil-related renovations and breakdown maintenance activities.
