Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

a. Project Co-ordination & Planning:

Collaborate with contractors, RCC consultants, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with the plan.

Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules using bar charts and other planning tools.

b. Site Supervision & Execution:

Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely progress, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards.

Supervise and allocate tasks to various work teams, including carpenters, fitters, brickwork teams, electricians, tile installers, interior finishers, and labour contractors.

c. Technical Work & Measurement:

Perform quantity estimation for materials, take accurate site measurements, and prepare data for billing and execution purposes.

Assist in resolving technical issues and ensure execution matches design and quality standards.

d. Costing & Financial Analysis:

Conduct rate analysis based on current market rates and tender documents.

Prepare profit-loss reports and pre-execution financial evaluations to maintain budgetary control.

e. Work Distribution & Progress Management:

Plan and prioritize work sequences, allocate resources effectively, and ensure efficient workflow.

Monitor and report project progress regularly; recommend corrective measures to prevent delays.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of site supervision and project coordination experience.

Strong knowledge of construction techniques, material estimation, and safety standards.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Work Timings: Full-time (On-site monitoring required)
