Civil Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and overseeing a variety of civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to infrastructure development, water treatment systems, and construction management initiatives across diverse projects. The Civil Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure project success from conception through completion.

Duties

• Develop detailed project designs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and other drafting tools.
• Prepare and review construction schematics, system designs, and technical drawings for pipelines, water treatment facilities, wastewater systems, and geotechnical engineering projects.
• Conduct site assessments including land surveying, geotechnical investigations, and system inspections to inform project planning.
• Manage project scheduling and coordinate construction activities utilizing project management software such as Bluebeam and Project Management tools.
• Perform construction estimating and assist in budgeting processes to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Oversee construction management activities including inspection, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Utilize GIS tools like ArcGIS and HEC software for hydrological modeling, hydraulics calculations, and water resource management.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation through technical writing to communicate project progress and findings effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on system design modifications, schematics development, and project engineering tasks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SWMM for stormwater management and other regulatory requirements.
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience with project scheduling, construction management, and civil engineering design software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, ArcGIS, HEC software, Mathcad, SWMM, and Geotechnical Engineering tools.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline design, water treatment systems, wastewater treatment processes, hydraulics, land surveying techniques, and system design principles.
• Experience in construction inspection and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent technical writing skills for preparing reports and documentation.
• Ability to perform detailed drafting (schematics) and system modeling tasks accurately.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies including scheduling tools like Project Management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data related to civil engineering projects.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
