Civil Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor site works to ensure project progress and quality standards.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for timely execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, material requests, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, safety regulations, and site procedures.
• Assist in inspections with consultants, clients, and safety officers.
• Resolve technical issues and suggest practical solutions on-site.
• Manage workforce allocation and site productivity.

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience as Site Engineer in UAE or GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of site management, materials, and construction methods.
• Capable of reading technical drawings and executing accordingly.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
• UAE driving license (Preferred but not mandatory).
