Civil Engineer

About the Position:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Civil Engineer to lead the landscaping and external works for our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all landscape designs and installations meet our high standards for quality, functionality, and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review designs, plan, and supervise the implementation of landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, and drainage systems.
• Develop technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for landscaping packages.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, project specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Perform regular site inspections and track progress against project schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Experience: At least 2 years of direct experience in landscaping and external works within the construction sector.
• Language: Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with sustainable practices is advantageous.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, with excellent communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary Range: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000 (final compensation will reflect the candidate’s experience and qualifications).
