Civil Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage construction projects including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and maintain documentation of construction activities.
• Assist in procurement of materials and ensure quality control of construction work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or project management.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural design.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control procedures is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in project management and site supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and modern construction technologies.
