Civil Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with strong experience in building construction projects in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site construction activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and timelines.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in building construction
• UAE construction experience is mandatory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project coordination
• Ability to review drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
• Good knowledge of quality control procedures and site safety regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site construction activities
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project management team
• Monitor construction progress and ensure project deadlines are met
• Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and project procedures
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Identify and resolve technical issues at the construction site
• Maintain proper project documentation and records

Preferred:

• Experience working with building contracting companies in the UAE
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
