The Role
This opportunity is with a reputable construction company specializing in high-rise building projects. Key Responsibilities: -Monitor project progress and track performance against the baseline schedule -Manage and coordinate subcontractors efficiently -Prepare project documentation, reports, and necessary paperwork -Oversee resource planning and allocation to ensure timely project execution -Support site execution and contribute to the on-time delivery of high-quality projects
Requirements
Requirements: -G+12 or Unlimited Municipality Certification (Mandatory) -3–5 years of UAE experience in a similar role -Experience in high-rise building projects is a strong advantage -Proficiency in Primavera P6 (preferred) -Knowledge of Power BI is a plus -Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills -Valid UAE Driving License and own car (Mandatory)
