Civil Engineer

Position: Civil Engineer – Villa Construction
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: 2–5 Years (UAE experience mandatory)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in villa construction and renovation projects in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, execution, coordination, and quality control of ongoing villa works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities (civil & finishing works)
• Execute works as per drawings, specifications & consultant requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Prepare site reports, progress updates & material requests
• Ensure quality control and compliance with Dubai regulations
• Monitor work progress against schedule and BOQ
• Assist in quantity take-offs and site measurements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–5 years UAE experience (villa construction/renovation preferred)
• Strong knowledge of finishes, waterproofing, and structural basics
• Familiar with Dubai Municipality regulations & site procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)

Salary: based on experience
