Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Civil Engineer with proven experience in villa construction in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling site execution, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring compliance with all local regulations and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP drawings
• Manage and supervise day-to-day site execution of villa projects
• Ensure compliance with Dubai authoritiesSuch as:- Dubai Development Authority (DDA) and Dubai Municipality (DM)
• Handle all construction-related documentation and approvals
• Coordinate and follow up on municipality inspections and surveys
• Plan and execute work as per project schedule and quality standards
• Supervise and manage site labor and subcontractors
• Ensure proper material usage, quality control, and safety standards
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities simultaneously

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in villa construction in Dubai (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and approval processes
• Hands-on experience in site execution and supervision
• Ability to read and interpret all types of construction drawings
• Strong leadership and labor management skills
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Confident, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Candidate

• Experience dealing with Dubai authority approvals and inspections
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Versatile and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
