Job Summary:

Mahraj Building Maintenance LLC is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 5–10 years of UAE experience to manage site operations, supervise projects, and ensure quality execution across maintenance and construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil works on-site
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Prepare reports, BOQs, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years UAE experience in civil engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance works
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Salary:

AED 10,000 per month
