Civil Engineer

Job Requirement:

• Prepare, review, and supervise civil engineering designs and drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and authorities regarding project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
• Ensure projects comply with local authority regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support and solutions.
• Monitor project schedules and assist in resolving construction-related issues.
• Verify completed work and certify contractor invoices and progress payments.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures on-site.
• Assist in obtaining approvals and permits from relevant authorities.
• Maintain project records, reports, and correspondence.
• Support project managers in planning and execution activities.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Generally, 2–5 years of hands on experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license w, or local equivalent (e.g., Dubai Municipality approved).
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• UAE Driving license.
