Civil Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a valid G+1 Municipality License in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of commercial construction projects.

Ensure full compliance with Ajman Municipality regulations and G+1 licensing requirements.

• Prepare, review, and approve engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.

• Prepare project reports, documentation, and updates for stakeholders.

• Ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards and specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Valid G+1 Municipality License (mandatory).

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial construction projects within the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.

• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and project management tools.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with consultants and municipal authorities in Ajman.

• Knowledge of cost estimation and contract management.

• Familiarity with health and safety standards in construction.
