Civil Engineer

A large industrial complex project requires the services of a highly competent and experienced PEC Registered Civil Engineer (B.Sc. Engineering).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision and execution of industrial building works (wet and dry construction)
• Construction of roads, drainage systems, foundations, utilities, and associated infrastructure
• Review and comprehension of architectural, structural, and engineering drawings
• Preparation and review of BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
• Contractor negotiation, contract administration, and procurement coordination
• Verification and evaluation of contractor bills and progress claims
• Site supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and project coordination
• Monitoring project schedules and ensuring timely completion of works

Requirements

• B.Sc. Civil Engineering with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration
• Minimum 10 years of practical experience in industrial and infrastructure projects
• Strong command of AutoCAD and engineering drawings
• Good knowledge of relevant international civil engineering and construction standards
• Sound knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site management
• Excellent skills in costing, quantity estimation, and contract handling
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Candidates having relevant industrial project experience will be preferred.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
