Civil Engineer

GeeM Facilities Management is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing operations team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will manage civil maintenance and project-related works, attend client inspections, prepare BOQs and quotations, coordinate manpower and subcontractors, and ensure smooth execution of projects from inspection to completion.

This role is ideal for an engineer who is technically strong, organized, client-focused, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Site Management

Attend client meetings and site inspections

Understand and discuss project scope with clients

Conduct technical inspections and identify issues

Provide technical recommendations and practical solutions

Support the preparation of quotations and project proposals

Technical & Engineering Duties

Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and scope of work

Coordinate civil maintenance, renovation, and fit-out works

Monitor project progress and site activities

Ensure work quality and compliance with standards

Prepare site reports, inspection reports, and progress updates

Operations & Project Coordination

Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers

Manage manpower allocation and daily site activities

Monitor material requirements and procurement

Follow up on project timelines and work programs

Ensure proper closure of snags and pending works

Internal Coordination

Coordinate with admin, operations, and procurement teams

Assist in planning schedules and project execution

Ensure proper documentation and reporting

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

1–3 years of UAE experience in construction, maintenance, fit-out, or facilities management

Good understanding of BOQ preparation and site execution

Ability to handle client communication professionally

Knowledge of materials, subcontractors, and site coordination

UAE Driving License is preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Experience

Building maintenance or facilities management

Villa and apartment renovations

Civil inspection and snagging

Fit-out and finishing works

Coordination with MEP teams and subcontractors

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Hindi (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE driving License (Required)
