Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting the successful execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects.

The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, site coordination experience, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of project execution within fast-paced development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction activities on site.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Review construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, local regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Monitor project timelines, materials, and construction quality.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Coordinate approvals and inspections with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, and other relevant authorities.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support tendering, contractor evaluation, and procurement activities when required.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in construction and project management.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and approval procedures.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, sketchup, BIMs, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of structural works, finishes, and site execution.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with developers, consultants, or project management firms in the UAE.
• Knowledge of authority approval processes (DDA, Dubai Municipality, RERA, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.).
• PMP certification is an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
