Civil Engineer – Estimation & Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimations for interior fit-out and civil works.
• Conduct site visits to take precise measurements and assess project requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations and proposals in line with project specifications and client requirements.
• Coordinate and negotiate with clients to clarify scope, finalize pricing, and close deals.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure estimates align with actual execution costs.
• Maintain records of estimation data, quotations, and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
