Civil Engineer (G+1 Certified – Dubai Municipality)

We are looking for a Civil Engineer (G+1 Certified by Dubai Municipality) with hands-on experience in civil works, site supervision and project coordination. The candidate must be knowledgeable about Dubai Municipality regulations and capable of handling G+1 projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage G+1 civil construction projects.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) and other local authority regulations.
• Prepare/review drawings, BOQs, method statements and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare reports.
• Manage manpower, materials and site execution to meet timelines.
• Handle online submissions and approvals with Dubai Municipality.
• Maintain high quality and safety standards on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Dubai Municipality G+1 Certification (must have).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction in the UAE.
• Good understanding of DM codes and UAE building regulations.
• Experience in villas, renovations, extensions or general civil works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project coordination tools.
• Strong communication and site management skills.
