We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Civil Engineer G+1 Approved for our Group. We value professionalism, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Civil Engineer

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of the Arabic language is a plus.

- Minimum of 4 years plus previous experience in contracting and building consultancy in UAE is required.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- To be able to Review Soil Reports, Structural Models, and Structural Drawings and details including Foundation Drawings.

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- High level of professionalism and integrity.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Within the UAE Residence should be in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

- Designing and overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish

- Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates

- Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations

- Managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

- To coordinate with in-house Technical Site Team for all the Projects of the Group.

- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams

- Resolving any construction-related issues or disputes that may arise at Site as well as in the documentation.

- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget

- Performing quality control inspections and ensuring adherence to quality standards

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

- Handling of Authorities like DM,DCD,DDA and all local authorities.
