Civil Engineer - G+4 Licensed

Job description:

We are seeking Civil Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering civil construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires a deep understanding of structural design, regulatory compliance, and on-site execution, with a strong ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction activities for G+4 residential and commercial projects.

• Review and approve structural designs, drawings, and BOQs.

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory authority guidelines.

• Prepare, track, and report project progress, quality control, and cost monitoring.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth execution.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in real-time.

• Supervise material usage, labor deployment, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Ensure all engineering documents are maintained and up to date.

• Liaise with clients for approvals, inspections, and handover stages.

• Provide technical support during planning, design, and execution phases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• G+4 license from Dubai Municipality (Preferred)
