Job Title: Civil Engineer – Hotel Projects

Location: Baruch( Gujarat)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in hotel or hospitality infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across hotel properties, ensuring compliance with design, safety, quality, and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage civil works for hotel construction, renovation, and fit-out projects.

Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, interior designers, and vendors.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Conduct site inspections, surveys, and prepare progress reports.

Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site laborers.

Review and validate civil drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Manage budgeting, cost control, and material procurement.

Liaise with local authorities for permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance.

Handle preventive and corrective civil maintenance for operational hotel properties.

Provide technical solutions to on-site challenges and design deviations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools Strong knowledge of building codes, structural design, and finishing works

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with hotel brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, Taj, etc.)

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
